Poor Pippa, at least she's turning to things like exercise instead of drinking. It's probably just seasonal affective disorder or something with the changing of the seasons.

Judging by words she has spoken if they don't ask she will just never volunteer as she feels in the way for woman brain reasons. The Phase Summer Camp was like that where she talked about how she ended up joining past the registration date because that's when someone in management finally asked why she hadn't joined in
