I remember looking into her way back when she was Peari, and finding a shit ton of drama from her NET idol days, most of it involving another white gaijin in Japan named keekihime. Good times, good times. Most of it was he said she said shit, basically a bunch of posts saying she helped spread a bunch of keekihime rumors, because they were both token whites in the same space. aren't koreans some flavor of very conservative christians? I've noticed it too but I've always attributed to her trying to follow my nigga fishman's rules. It wouldn't surprise me if she is still a bit religious, some people I've met never bring it up but once in a while they flashbang you with some theology, usually to try to comfort people in distress.

I've perpetuated this before on the forum so I'll say it here too: The only thing I know of and it's mostly a rumor AFAIK. Clara allegedly wanted the small corpo Kawaii Productions to fund her move from Canada to Japan and it might've been a reason why she rigged one of her genmate's models. We're not talking like fan funded 3D Concert Kawaii here we're talking like within the first few weeks of being a part of Kawaii. Presumably Kawaii's management at the time told her "we'll see!" and then likely told her it wasn't possible and she dipped out.

No idea how she was behind the scenes though.

I'm joking, but Phase doesn't have a lack of other talents tbh. I've not regretted removing Clara from my subs, plenty of chances to find who you enjoy in and out of the company. No need to watch someone who might secretly hate your guts. I will watch this thread however, maybe the girl figures out where evil lies in the world someday....

This is exactly it; it's the sheer vitriol that bleeds through those posts that separates her from the rest.

I am very forgiving with social, political, and industrial opinions. I'm pretty much disengaged from the horizontal axis entirely as the modern day mainstream left vs. right discourse feels like a pissing match over who gets to suppress and censor people today, and I have friends and acquaintances I'm fond of all over the political spectrum - because I've been fortunate enough to find people in my life who are willing to hear me out and frame their arguments in good faith, and be willing to agree to disagree rather than needlessly escalate something that should be kept civil.

Clara is not that kind of person. The most consistently damning thread weaving through all of her politically-charged posts is the misplaced sense of superiority. She thinks she is better than white men, she thinks she is better than conservative women, she thinks she is better than anyone with a different worldview to her - and that paints a picture of how she sees her audience that is much more repulsive than the usual progressive online personality who retweets anti-Trump slop but otherwise just goes with the flow.

These are not just women moments that she'll be over by the next stream. If you are a Clara fan who is not a leftist, she is begrudgingly tolerating you for your superchats, nothing more.
