Would explain the move honestly. She had been talking about moving south, then after her parents stay for the week she's suddenly heading to the west coast. She's talked before about how this happens sometimes with her mom so it may have just been something thats gotten more common over time and they wanted someone who'd be home all the time to keep an eye on her.
