I think most merch is sold on ebay, it's where I got the coco pin when it was out of stock.
Also sell merch to buy merch, the circle of life

I am serious btw; I will buy a hand signed 2nd anniversary IRyS card, I’ll even trade one of the printed cards I ordered on top of paying. I’d do it here if shipping and payment could be sorted out, I don’t know if I’d trust/be able to find any other second hand sellers, and I’d rather not buy from an actual scalper, but rather from someone who decided, “I do want the card, but I want money more.”
If no one here offers to sell you theirs, you should keep your eyes open on Japanese Yahoo Auctions once they actually start shipping in 6~ months. There are some sellers there that don't charge abhorrent prices. You would have to use a proxy of some sort though.
Like Tatsunoko said, Yahoo Auctions on buyee.jp or just straight-up ebay will be your best bet. This sale was also 1 per person, though, so I am not sure what that will look like in terms of quantity available since scalpers could not purchase them in-bulk.

I censored parts of the handwritten signatures because 1. for my eyes only. 2. They were originally written in Japan and I know they've got weird laws about this stuff.

Yeah. Missing out on the IRyS anniversary set still stings, and I still want to buy a hand-written message secondhand if I can find a reputable seller, and preferably NOT a scalper. I thought I had everything prepped, but the shop bugged on me and refused to sell. I did get a rush when getting this IRyS birthday one, and even though it was kinda on a whim, I also got a rush from getting Mumei's limited set.

I usually feel like shit for a few days missing out on them, like I have for Ina's last one and one of Miko's. (Luckily Miko did a non-limited signed set the year after). But then when you do get one it's quite the rush. Watame is still my oshi, but my Towa signed card is probably still my favorite. Not just because it's limited, she just did a cute little sketch on it, but the limited factor definitely helps.

(but she also had a more recent birthday, and she had the 774k subscriber merch as a special occasion, so maybe she didn't get anything for this one)
