I had to check as well and jesus fuck. If it wasn't for the absolute deep dive into how batshit Henri is, I would have this guy as our top contender for sure. They probably do. I've seen some claim that they don't care about whether they have relationships with men IRL, so long as they don't interact with any on stream. I guess it's an "out of sight, out of mind" kind of deal.
