I know that they're JP-exclusive (for now), but I feel like Vspo! deserves a nomination as the 3rd most popular JP agency. Especially since their 2023 has been relatively yab-free. Other than that, nice job on this! I'll edit my post with my votes in a bit.

Best Corpo of the Year- Phase Connect. They've gotten really huge with little drama and might compete with VShojo and Niji soon.
Best Indie of the Year- Filian. Out of all the candidates I only saw her and it was through clips.
2 View Spotlight- Sena Bonbon- Only know her.
Best Reincarnation- Fuwamoco They're HoloEN's next golden goose especially now that Gura has had inconsistent attendance.
Best Newcomer- Random (Didn't watch any of them)
All the song categories- Random, didn't listen to any of them
Best New Outfit/Model Redesign- Ina. I'm a sucker for the sweater over short shorts outfit.
Smartest Business Move of the Year- Phase Connect poaching Dizzy Dokuro and other Tsunderia talents
Black Company of the Year- WACTOR by a mile. Doxing your own talents and imploding despite having the ES vtuber market on a silver platter.
Most Notable Graduation/Termination- Riro Ron is only famous because of how she was terminated. Literally a rrat's wet dream of a termination. Legendary yab.
Schizo Fan of the Year- Kestraline. Nolan had the biggest spergout, but his spergery was all over the place and not concentrated on one talent like Kestraline.
Most Notable Yab- Riro Ron (See above)
Menhera Talent of the Year- Mikeneko. Self explanatory
Bitch Queen King of the Year- MarinaVT. Unlikable troon who torpedoed a Twitch rule change and is a clout vampire.
Crossover of the Year- Ironmouse. I know some people don't like her, but winning that award as a seriously ill person is a feat to be inspired by.
Favorite Rrat- The Vesper jokes never get old.
Containment Breach of the Year- The Hexa shit is pretty funny, but I wish she'd take her meds.
Asylum Historical Event- Nolan grabbing defeat from the jaws of victory and sperging out enough to get his own penis blown up on the last day of voting.

also edit, this isn't a secret, every time a vtuber posts a meme or video where I KNOW KaliAcc started the trend as a psyop, you will find me in the replies saying "not the fucking kaliacc propaganda" .. you'll see it on multiple idol en and phase talent's tweets

Honestly, i was thinking of voting for Vshojo for the best company of 2023 mainly because other than Froot being retarded all they have done this year has been for the better. Hololive had some management issues. Nijisanji shouldn't be in that category and Idol has been fairly clean except I feel that some of the talents have been lagging a bit despite all of the support they get (same with Phase).

I thought about it but still gave it to Holo. Vshojo can get best business decision I think.

Best reincarnation is a pretty stacked category. I can see an argument for all of them, as talents i know certainly benefited from being reincarnated and contribute to their corps positively. Guess I'll vote Fuwamoco, as I really believe they will become the next biggest thing after Myth for HoloEN, and I've mentioned in an older post somewhere, I think they are the perfect representation of what hololive is.

• Best Corpo Most talents I enjoy, they're happy enough, corpo goes beyond streaming and into events. That's Hololive.
• Indie of the Year That one's actually hard. Juniper is probably the most talented of the bunch, while Filian is impressive with her networking and ability to pull off events. But in the end, the one I actually enjoy watching the most is Clio Aite.
• 2View is Onolumi, no contest.
• Best Reincarnation Guess. If Shiori didn't exist it'd be Matara Kan.
• Best Newcomer Only one answer here, and it's Juufuutei Raden
• Best Corpo Original That'd be Moona's Who's Toxic
• Best Corpo Cover No one will believe me, but it's not just because Shiori is the best who'll ever be. I genuinely like her Whisper Whisper Whisper.
• Best Indie Original 76 million views don't lie. Shigure Ui's Loli God Requiem is just so stupidly catchy... or is it the Loli's animation?
• Best Indie Cover You seriously put Futakuchie Mana there?! Yes, I know, disassociating artist from art, just... surprised. And not like she'd beat Amiya Aranha's Duvet, anyway.
• Best New Character Design Bet you didn't think I'd vote Shiori, right? ^_^ But if you'd put Juufuutei Raden in there, I'd have voted for her, not Shiori. That design is beyond God tier.
• Best New Outfit Spidermom wins this one by a landslide. Juniper produces a lot of new outfits, but I honestly feel that a lot of them are a bit weird and/or outright downgrades. More power to her, but Amiya Aranha's goth outfit is fucking fantastic.
• Smartest Business Move Unironically VShojo taking over NijiEN (in progress)
• Black Company of the Year AkioAir selfdestructed through incompetence. CyberIdol was a scam that never took off. VTRainbow selfdestructed through incompetence. Nijisanji is dropping the ball through sheer negligence. All of these are good candidates. WACTOR, however, boasts a 87% graduation rate with 6 out of 45 talents remaining. WACTOR isn't a startup scam that never got off the ground like CyberIdol. It's not a clout accumulation tool like VTRainbow. It's a genuine, serious business project that didn't simply neglect its duties for profit like Nijisanji, but hard doxed its talents out of sheer spite and maliciousness. WACTOR wins this by a landslide, and this is genuinely impressive, considering its competition.
• Most Shocking Graduation Zaion got memed on by her own former employer. Vesper and Magni were in a months long holding pattern. Riifu Evergreen provides entertainment to this day. But none of them even come close to beating Riro Ron being terminated for substance abuse on stream, workplace relationships with a manager, and trying to organise prostitution on stream.
• Schizo Fan of the Year Some stiff competition there, but Kestraline wins this one.
• Most Notable Yab Riro Ron is up there, but it ultimately only affected a small corpo and herself. Hana Macchia was funny, but it only affected herself. Selen's cover song is ultimately only a symptom of greater issues with Nijisanji. By contrast, MarinaTV's yab caused a major streaming service to roll back its new content rules within days, and turned a (within the vtubing sphere) widely recognised and celebrated genderspecial icon into a widely recognised and reviled pornstar.
• Menhera Talent Despite strong competition, MikeNeko still defends her #1 spot in this category
• Bitch Queen of the Year I'll be honest: I actually respect Froot for how she just lets past yabs pearl off her skin with none the worse for the wear, and getting the genderspecial crowd to go "Forgive and forget," if not outright "That never happened!" in her defence. Froot's yab management is world class. That doesn't make her a good person (re: Silvervale), but I can still respect it. By contrast, MarinaVT is at the same time far more aggressive than Froot yet infinitely more retarded than Froot will ever be
• Crossover of the Year I don't care about any of those, so... Shigure Ui, I guess?
• Favorite Rrat Easily MariMari getting 5guy'd. If only for how well she rolled with the punches.
• Containment Breach of the Year First of all, to all talents reading this: Be more like @wew, join but never, ever reveal who you are. It's the smart move. Secondly, Himemiya Rie, I guess, if only because of how it fucks with @superduper.
• TVA Historical Event If you don't vote for Murray, go buy some rope.
