- Never ever ever upgrade to hotels. If there is a housing shortage the other players will never be able to upgrade their properties.
- Profit as they seethe at your asshole gameplay.
This is the way. Every single time I am invited to play Monopoly with my family they regret it. The minimum price I charge for houses once I buy all the stock is $1000.
