A very very large majority should not take SSRIs. They need big lifestyle changes and ways to (heh) cope with their emotions without the use of drugs.
The point of SSRIs is to relieve the physical effects of depression so it's more practical to fix the problems in your life that are holding you back; you can't just keep swallowing more and more of them hoping the problems magically fix themselves.
