She is probably one of the most experienced pet owners I've listened to & is pretty practical when it comes to the realities of pet ownership.

I know it doesn't make it hurt any less, but it sounds like she did all the right things. Small animals can just drop off the twig for any or no reason at all.

Oh yeah, rabbits especially as I now know thanks to her (always thought they were a simpler pet before). I have hope she just wants time to process it and grieve properly without trying to stream and isn't well... being Pippa about it.
