True, but it's clear that Hina never recorded her lines for it. I imagine the artwork was done too far in advance to fix it, but it's a bit fucked to put her in there without a solo from her.
They did the best they could with the circumstances man.
If she wasn't in it, it would've created even more rrats and them releasing her art as merch would've looked weird.
Apparently they will upload one with her after she's back, so hopefully it will feel weird just for a short while

Oh, I get that, but im holding phase to the same bar I hold others to. Im almost certain they got the clear from her to keep the artwork from Hina, though It's still deceptive advertisements in its current state. Im not mad in the slightest, but it's important to keep consistency and acknowledge genuine points of criticism.
I figured there were clearly portions of the song where she was supposed to sing, and there was time left for her to do so.
Well, their choice was "leave Hina completely out of the promotional material, even though she isn't graduating(yet?)" or "have Hina in the promotional material, blueball fans, and then throw in a mention that she's on hiatus due to severe IRL circumstances".
A correct choice would've been announcing her circumstances way earlier, obviously, but when stuck with choosing between the two above, i'd say second option works slightly better for optics.

I suspect the issue with Hina is that her situation has been indeterminate and fluid, so any firm statement about hiatus/quitting might turn out to be incorrect down the line.
