She doesn't particularly have musical ambitions, but like you said, she shouldn't have had so many issues producing music.
She's doing a 3D concert in a week, and no-one sings that well without countless hours practicing. I'd say she has plenty of music ambitions and Nijisanji did their usual nothing to help her achieve them.
I very much doubt she had ambitions to the level of people like Calli, Bae, Nerissa, etc., is what I am saying. Releasing consistent covers and the occasional original song is different from them.
