Sometimes I worry that Jelly works herself too hard, especially behind the scenes for Phase and she'll burn herself out.

But then there are moments like this where she expresses her happiness with her community and position at Phase. Makes me happy to hear because I'd hate if she burns herself out and isn't having a good time within Phase. I hope things continue to go well for her and she can achieve her dreams. I have a soft spot for her, so it does the heart good to hear these things from her.

Exactly this. I hope Phase is able to get that music manager soon, so she gets more help behind the scenes. It's very nice to see her open up, like she did a couple months back in that members stream. Such a hardworking alien idol, I can't wait for many more years of her success.
