If I had to pick a time it was when was got by Dixon Cider so hard that she made it part of her identity.

But mostly it's the dangers of having a teasing back and forth with the chat, because stream watchers are either massive autists who don't realize there should be a line, or tourists trying to push the streamer into saying more risque things, and none of those three factors mix well.
