The simulcast between twitch and youtube is great. Get to watch streams on yt's superior player and then pop-out twitch's chat so you can still take advantage of twitch's superior chat interactions. You don't even need to have the twitch stream up, just open it, pop out the chat, and then close the stream.
video quality is definitely better on YT, at least when you look at Lumi's stream
