You'll want to look up Itasha cars.

You can do it with paint, but it's easier and cheaper to do it with vinyl wraps, not to mention you can change the design if you get a new oshi or just want a facelift on your car. You need to prep the surface first to put a sticker on it, and apply the wrap. I'd suggest getting a professional to do it because it's easy to mess up if you don't know what you're doing.

I had a feeling that her random break may have been a stealth suspension. She rides that line very VERY closely. There could be any number of things that management considered too far. Especially since she seems to be reeling it in a bit since coming back. It smells like a bonking.

The thing is, from what I have seen, whoever is managing her has been complicit in it. When she went to town on herself at the end of that one membership stream, apparently she had asked management for permission. You can't really punish a talent or come too hard on her if she does something outside of what is expected of her especially if you haven't set up well-defined limits as to what she can and can't do. This is like Human Resources 101. Do these companies even have a human resources department or its just 1 person that takes care of everything when it comes to management without having much experience in it?

It was not used when you started posting. Like I said, I assumed it was reference the special needs super heroes group "Super Duper" form the "The Boys" comics (not sure if it's in the show?). And you have refused to elaborate on why you named yourself that so we don't know if there's is some other common inspiration or reference recently. Also it's weird how people are using almost entirely unironically and strait.
