I don't think she changes that much superficially, more just her energy levels, at least with her recent short depression/fatigue periods. She's had longer depression arcs in the past and at least one alcoholic period where she gained some weight. She talked about how many of her friends dumped her because she didn't make their Instagram pics look perfect anymore. Breaks my heart.
