Also I just want to say that it's weird that Bae, Reine, IRyS, and Anya all had their chatting streams at the exact same time. (so that even if I had woken up I would have been hopping between four streams) I wonder why they'd do that

I can't guarantee that they all started at the same time without looking it up, but I assume they did, and there was probably a blanket ban to keep up the kayfabe, "You are not allowed to stream until XX:00 o'clock after the concert, and you must say that you just got home." And they all wanted to do it asap.

I feel like if she is THAT sick, she wouldn't have choose to sing such a fast and loud song such as Lost One's Weeping, together with one of the loudest member (Ollie) too.

Sorry to break it to you, but most of the show is pre-recorded. I don't know when she started getting sick, but most likely the dancing and especially the singing was probably before she started feeling bad.
