Can I just say how well-designed this merch is? It's something I can wear in public without embarrassment. If you're a Metokur fan, you recognizable the reference. If you're not, I can explain it however I want, and can even pass it off as something else if I don't want to deal with you.

I wish any vtuber companies did more subtle merch like this, instead of the usual merch with anime girls all over it that I'd never be caught out in public with.

The Nijisanji stand did a better overall job showcasing all of their streams, but the Hololive stand had more variety in products. And in case you are wondering, the Niji merch was more popular than the Holo merch. But most of the people who were checking out the Niji merch were little girls and most of the people who were checking out the Holo merch were adults. Make of that what you will.

One thing I will add to (as the resident Shiina/Shirara historian) this yab happened mid summer. Towards the end of her career as Shirara, she just tended to stop giving a fuck when talking about it offstream. From what I remember, this was just after the first Canada death trip, and their relationship was strained because of the long-distance nature of it at the time. And I think it got worse when the second Canada trip happened later in the year. From what I remember, it even seemed like that might have caused them to break up between the stress and her menhara breakdown related to her personal family issues. But who knows, I might be speaking out of my ass trying to remember shit from late 2021.

So I'll take this at face value Nolan. The reason they do this is to blur the definition. A very common tactic from this side of the aisle (super lefty) is to get you to agree to something that sounds totally reasonable, but then change the definition of a word to further their real interests.
Take the phrase "Punch a Nazi". That's something that at face value, everyone would agree with. Nazis are, historically, terrible people. Well, now that you've gotten everyone to agree to this, now you just have to change the definition of what a "Nazi" is. You can see this in action with Voosh's above statement. A mildly shitposting rabbit who doesn't have a bad bone in her body is now a Neo-Nazi because she dares to make the occasional edgy joke.
This entire thing was parodied most brilliantly 5 years ago with the Youtuber ChrisRayGun's parady song "Punch a Nazi". Still a fucking bop IMO.

He's saying that Fishman could file defamation lawsuits against the fat greasy pedophile known as Vaush since Pippa is clearly not a Nazi and him stating so matter of factly could reasonably be shown to be slanderous with intent to disrupt phase connect business.

At least in US law, there has to be more than the actual intent to disrupt business. There has to be actual damages from what I understand. I don't think there's going to be any way to prove that PC's income took a loss because of Vaush's statements.

Beyond the business disruption though, as a public figure/enterprise, the bar for proving defamation is MUCH much higher than normal. You need to prove actual malice, i.e. Vaush 100% KNEW he was wrong, and KNEW he was lying, and didn't care. That's the real thing. And honestly, he's so fucking stupid and high on his own Kool-Aide that I don't think you could prove that. That was the big crux of the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard trial if anyone remembers. Johnny had to painstakingly prove that Amber knew she was a fucking scumbag liar, and even then he didn't get a pure win.
This is also why Destiny is suing The Horned Rat via Canada. The Horned Rat lives in Canada, so he can be served there. Their defamation laws are MUCH stricter there, so it's likely Destiny can actually win that case much easier.

I wouldn't be too surprised if he tries to go after Vaush. I mean he was willing to contact Josh to try to remove Lia's dox from the homeland thread.

This was really early in Phase's life when Fishman was still Kevin, before Tenma bullied him into some respectability. He was naive in doing that, and (if I remember right) Pippa told him how naive he was for thinking the Farms would actually listen to him. I don't think for a second he'd pull the same stunt now.
