Bae's vocal range is actually all over the place. She naturally just pitches up and down constantly depending on the situation. That is not even as low as she can go in a natural tone. Also, a lot of differences can come from mic quality. Her speech style is very flat here, too, compared to how she is in streams.

Voice feels kind of right to me though I might need to find some good clip of Bae speaking at length in her most natural/casual register to see how it feels in direct comparison since I've not seen much Bae content recently. Regardless what a shocker that Cover hired another attractive asian woman for an entertainment position.

As someone who has watched probably more of Bae than any other chuuba I consume, that is definitely her. Drama and voice acting being her primary likes is a dead-giveaway. 1:05 in the video on the farms sounds exactly like her streaming voice, as well.
