She's an ear licking ASMR-ist. Honestly out of all of the ways to embrace NSFW content, this seems like the cleanest and safest way to go. Create a new account only for that and have the official public facing one clean and seiso.
Most other examples I have seen the girls are just horny on main. Similar to having NSFW Art tags, this is a good way to separate both things.

Thing is, she was never really officially on-break either. The thing with her members post is that she intentionally kept herself from saying she's on break because she still wants to stream occasionally if there's time. Means that things will almost always be geurilla and will only have at most a day in advance knowledge, but on the bright side it means that she refuses to go full radio-silent like Gura or Ina, which is good for viewers at least.

China still has conversion therapy but it isn't enforced by law anymore after pressure from the west, the families enforce it instead because they are chasing the Han Chinese Communist ideal put out by the party and being gay isn't one of them. Disownment, beatings and occasionally even murder are common responses to refusing "voluntary" conversion therapy.
