Hm. I was expecting it to be some garbage mobile gatcha but it appears to be an actual buyable console and PC game - a side-scroller with a Castlevania-ish aesthetic. Their web site design is straight out of 1999 so perhaps their sense of game design is as well.

Inticreates made Megaman Zero, Azure Gunner Gunvolt and Blaster Master - they are the masters of platformers.

this game is a spin off of Gal Gun (the light gun game where you shoot girls pheromones to stop them getting horny over the MC)

I’ll take a swing at the updated ToS, as to the content of the ToS itself, even though I’m sure there’s an element of performative “management did something” even if it isn’t enforced.
(And also because people trying to apply their country’s laws to foreigners seems to be a common theme, even putting aside the question if ToS are even legally binding in the first place)

When does a community become “associated” with idol?
Does this apply to any public community that discusses them with over 500 users? Does TVA count once we pass 500 users? Would KF count since it has a vtuber thread? Would Twitter count?

Who’s the “founder” of the vtuber thread on KF? Or if anyone makes an idol specific thread elsewhere The OP? Who is/are the founder(s) of the /jidf/ threads on 4chan?

Communities must not impose punishment or ban members without a valid reason, and must provide evidence and explanation upon request by our company.

Not expecting this one, but “valid reason” is so nebulous both in definition and who decides it I don’t think it’s worth thinking about Section 230, or similar.

The founders will be the sole responsible party to maintain these guidelines and ensure compliance.

So, if the founders hand control to someone else and vanish, the new leadership isn’t responsible since they aren’t the founders?
