Maro has a filter system that automatically denies anything with explicit text so that should help a bit but she's definitely doing this to herself. At the very least, none of it will be public, she won't have to read any of it on stream and ideally no one will be sending any superchats like "Hey did you see my marshmallow" after everything that's happened.

An admirable and understandable goal. I don't think Shiina has reached that level of parasocial yet, but I still feel she has one of the most authentic relationships with her butter cookies, she does love us she is just aware of reality and not willing to exploit lonely souls for a quick buck. Honestly it just makes me respect and love Shiina more to know that she's both genuine and willing to pass on easy profit to keep things healthy and sane.
