There are videos of this, but the short summary is that she used to binge/purge, which in case you didn't know causes your liver to produce more fat cells as you are telling your body you're being starved. As time went on she didn't see herself getting skinnier, thus added sadbrains to her condition. She eventually saw a specialist about it though.
