Zen's case is pretty unique, he has stated it blatantly on his stream after the initial announcement that he just suddenly notified about the decision to cancel the VTuber project. There was no talk about it whatsoever and he kept saying the decision was so sudden he had to scrap some of his future plans/schedule (the dude used to stream almost everyday there and also showed a spreadsheet of his activities on stream), there was no sign of internal catfight too because all of the current maha5 talents were in good terms with him until the end.
Unless it's a local-tier drama that doesn't get caught on the international fandom radar, it's very unlikely to dissect what actually happen beyond what he had told everyone on stream

Calli's done so much damage to the notion of being seductive or sexually appealing at all that even now as she receives outfits and art that enhance or showcase a figure that would be absolutely killer on anyone else, I can't even imagine being drawn to her like that anymore. This first clip I've seen of this new girl is her begging to be lewded and all I can think of that is she's afraid of not being entertaining enough to draw/hold an audience and has to rely on being a whore to attain a foothold.

I gonna play devil's advocate for @Aka Split. There is a difference between the fans (us) trying to see how much Irys skirt shows when she moves, and the talent themselves being horny on main and cooming all over the screen. And yes i apply this to the JP talents to, but since i don't speak Japanese and they don't actually collab with the en talents all that much it doesn't matter as much to me.
I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say its still just nerves from debut and she is trying too hard at the moment. Me, I'm more than willing to chastise the JP Holo girls that play up the lewd/horny-bait just as much as the EN, but you're all probably tired of that from me at this point, so it should be implicit whenever something happens in that regard (though I'll still pipe up because of sheer autism alone).
That being said, I fully believe Nerissa is a talented enough individual that she doesn't need to rely on leaning into the lewdness - her music is proof of this, as is her being admitted to HoloLive in the first place, but I find myself having difficulty watching her streams because of the lewd baiting, even the recent Story of Seasons stream had it to an extent. It's tiring.
Eventually, there will come a time when something's gotta give, and she may walk back the lewdness - and depending on how much of her audience is coomers, it's going to be a tough bandaid to rip off, so to speak. As always, this song and dance has played out before so many times, and I have given similar warnings to so many other talents, that I might just write up a predictive copy-and-paste I can refer to whenever future talents go down this route or if they wish to move away from the lewdness.
