Is there any particular reason Ame occasionally streams on twitch?
Maybe some weird permissions bullshit, since it's usually stuff like CS:Go. She also used to use Twitch a lot to get around music strikes. Also just free income from all the subscriptions.

Makes it easier for her audience to move over there when she graduates and joins Vshojo Mythic

Okay, I'm trying to find more information about this, but I'm pulling an interesting post out of /vt/ to put here.

So for those who don't know, Narukami is the OG vTuber Keemstar on the JP side. He's been involved in tons of drama shit behind the scenes over the years. One of the most notable ones being a fight between Nijisanji livers Yuzuki Roa and Kingyozaka Meiro (I'll touch more on that later in the post). The notable thing however is that AnyColor, Niji's parent company, has been in a lawsuit with Narukami over the whole incident for a while now. And as it turns it, it looks like Narukami won.

/vt/ has what appears to be a rough transcript of the stream he hosted on this here:
View attachment 38888
And here below is the full executive summary stolen again from /vt/
>Yuzuki Roa is a rare Niji who's faithful to her RP, one she crafted with a friend who's now graduated
>One part of the RP is ending her sentences with "-deyo," which she calls "魔界訛り/devilworld dialect"
>New debut Kingyozaka Meiro joins Nijisanji.
>Some point after joining, Meiro starts using "-deyo" in her streams despite not doing it in her debut or past life
>Fans notice and start getting on both Meiro's and Roa's cases about it.
>This catches Ichikara's attention, and they, knowing that Meiro never used it in her audition, debut, or past life, request that she stop.
>Meiro claims that it's just how she talks and requests that they release a statement saying that it's natural.
>Ichikara refuses to do it because again, they know that she never used it before and that she's most likely lying, meaning that the statement would be a lie.
>Meiro still refuses to stop using it and instead chooses to graduate, sending out the graduation form.
>Some senpai Nijis get her to reconsider, and she asks to stop the graduation process. Ichikara agrees.
>Upon coming back, Meiro leaks confidential information related to this ordeal to someone outside the company.
>Ichikara notices and tells her to take a small break and think about what she has done. The information is not public yet.
>Instead of taking a break, she applies for graduation AGAIN.
>And a short while later, she tries to cancel it AGAIN.
>However, by this point, Ichikara has had enough of her shit and were reluctant to accept it.
>Suddenly, someone clearly on Meiro's side leaks some stuff to Narukami(vkeemstar).
>Meiro is painted as a victim, while Roa is painted as a power-harrassing menhera and Ichikara as a black company.
>Roa is canceled and starts getting massively flamed by Niji fans.
>Ichikara terminates Meiro immediately since - in their eyes - only she could've leaked it, which is a SERIOUS breach of contract.
>Ichikara then puts out a detailed account of the situation from their perspective.
>Roa puts out the discord logs that show that, back in summer, she reached out to Meiro to try and have a conversation about it, only to get a single wall of text in response, followed by weeks of ghosting
>With all the information put together, the general opinion starts shifting towards Roa being innocent.
>Months later, Meiro('s other identity) releases an ADULT voice drama starring a somewhat familiar-looking agent No. 2535(obvious reference to 2434 — ni ji san ji) of a secret organization called NOA's Ark
>Meiro is now seen as menhera filth and Roa is completely exonerated.
>Narukami is trashed for being a retard who believed a menhera's narrative and did serious damage to innocent Roa's career and didn't even apologize for it.
>Also this is not the first time she did this shit. She once did the exact same modus operandi against NotNoel. Stealing NotNoel ASMR style and pretending to be victim.
This is the initial drama.
The lawsuit shit is as follows -
>Ichikara (now Anycolor), sues Narukami for damages.
>Anycolor is basically trying to set a precedent in court so that people who harass chuubas online can be sued for damages more easily.
>Modus operandi is the exact same as what they tried for ex liver Suzuhara Lulu, where they stop them from streaming for a while in order to claim that "our liver was too affected by the slander to stream, and hence we lost out on a lot of business." (Lulu didn't like repeatedly getting told to stop streaming for an issue she was long used to, which is why she just left Nijisanji).
>Roa is also roped into the same scheme in a lawsuit vs Narukami.
>There's two parts to this.
>First part is to answer the question of "whether harassing someone's virtual avatar is the same as harassing them irl".
>This part was acknowledged by the court in December 2021, which was the last time we had contact from Roa.
>So now according to Japanese law, if you harass a VTuber it's the same as harassing the person behind them, and they can sue you for it.
>Second and arguably most important part is to answer the question of "whether business was lost due to this issue".
>If Roa was cross-examined enough, it would become clear that she'd be long over it, since it's been like 3 years since the incident.
>And it might have revealed that it was Anycolor who told her to stop streaming to build the case, not due to mental damage from harassment.
>Nail in the coffin was probably Anycolor releasing voicepacks with her name on it, meaning that business has not actually stopped and the case is a sham.
Last parts are speculation since the court system of Japan is ridiculously opaque.

So now that this is over, I wonder if Roa will ever stream again or 'graduate' since Niji screwed the pooch so hard on this whole ordeal.

Better to link an archive of the thread than the thread itself for if people are backreading later.

So, which one is it? because "not prosecute" is far from "won"?

Why are the female metalhead chuubas such goobers?
  • Futakuchi Mana, where to even begin with her? You don't understand my disappointment when I really got into her metal covers only to find out she was a tankie sperg.
  • Yuko, I like her boomer metal karaokes, but the rest of her content makes my stomach churn
  • Froot, 'nuff said
  • Obikatiekat is a G.I.R.L.
  • Zephyriannia, my last hope, turns out to be a menhera and a friend of Mana's

God, why did you curse me with such niche tastes?
My eternal hot take, is that metalheads are all cringe as hell irl. They're like bronies only instead of embarrasing wastes of human life they generally adopt better and more sociable conforming behavior.

Lemon Woman is doing something related to sinks and fixing them, or complaining about them, it's not entirely clear what it is, but it's going to be content - live at the top of the hour:

You can't sue someone for losing money when it was your decision to not make it, fucking retards. So before we had Zaion roommate posting how Nijisanji covers up forced suspension by making livers say it's a personal break, but now (if this entire thing is to be believed) it was officially revealed in court. Good job.
I honestly don't know how they managed to fuck it up, Japan is a country where you don't even have to prove that a person told the lie in defamation lawsuits, you just have to prove damages that came from their words. Rushia won hers and so did Marine. Yet somehow, Nijisanji while having a clear case of someone lying through the teeth and having no credible source for their info lost it.
The worst part of this whole charade is, if Nijisanji really lost the case and Narukami doesn't have to pay any damages it opens them up for a relentless level of cyberbullying and harassment against their members. Because now they know that they will not be punished. If company puts you on forced suspension because of bullying, then even if you do suffer greatly mentally from it it's no longer their fault, it's now a corporate decision. And if you want to go full scorched earth instead of Nijisanji raking in cash from the assholes, their own livers can try to sue the company for this. And all of this is because some inbred in the management decided "You know, announcing forced suspension is going to hurt our reputation and dealing with livers having emotional breakdowns is a pain in the ass. Let's just kill two birds with one stone and whenever they have a moment - time them out while telling it was all their decision"
As always, whenever you assume the worst, Nijisanji will always have a way to prove your imagination is not near as great as their stupidity

The translation is a bit wonky in multiple ways (I'm not sure what exactly they mean by "suing in criminal court"), but whomever was prosecuting the case deciding not to proceed any more is functionally just about the same as the defendant winning aside from res judicata not attaching (which is less of a thing in civil law jurisdictions anyway).

Holyshit does this femboy have a mentally retarded fanbase. Didn't his tag trend for a bit because of his fans going on a trip and using it to livepost their trip? :Vesper-UNHINGED:
