Found a Final Fantasy player in recommendations, Techibi from Star Spectre. Currently she's doing FF7 playthrough and is welcoming Cloud back to the party (she wrote down game events on a notepad at the top right of the screen). She has cleared FF1-6 (some original, some pixel remaster).
She initially did not cut out the scene at the end of disc 1 because she literally played the original PSX disc 1 which did not have Sony's warning (edited post stream after she read a comment about it, now the chat is gone). She had to compose herself for a few minutes and stop her tears after the scene and was dismayed when the game asked her to replace the disc. Her Star Spectre colleague Mirity played Chrono Trigger yesterday doing endgame quests (original Super Famicom).
MaiR will be singing at 2PM JST.
Later at 6PM JST Re:AcT's Lisa Makoh will be singing in her usual Saturday evening time.
