I stopped Member posting because Beanut said "hey don't member post"
But I think it's okay to do it and it's unavoidable. Just post on /vt first if you're concerned about this site getting bothered, though I don't think that would ever happen. I think for streamers,
MEMBERS STREAMS should be the main members content and
being in those streams live should be the main reward, so re-posting them later is a none-issue. For other stuff, it's neat to get full thumbnail arts or letters, but it's silly to expect it to be a real reward or not to get re-posted immediately. And I would argue for things like messages and letters it could be that all fans should be able to read them and you are actually helping the streamer's brand by sharing it.
Going back to this since apparently this conversation kept going, I'd like to stress it's only really worth worrying about this from a practical perspective, not a moral one. Moralfagging over piracy is a pointless endeavour since everyone draws the line on what's okay at different points, and "don't do x because it might upset someone" is a terrible precedent to set on a board that wants to encourage free and open conversation.
The reason I brought it up in the first place is because giving a megacorp ammunition against the forum will not do us any favours long-term. It's important to remember we're hosted on Xenforo's Cloud service rather than on a server privately owned by any users of the forum - if they get a scary letter from Cover demanding they take us down because we're hosting pirated content, they're gonna comply, because it's easier than paying a legal adviser to proofread responses for them.
Are they likely to give a shit about this particular instance? Almost definitely not, it's very minor bonus content and even if they did want to take down reposts they'd prioritise the sites that compile everything together over one where you have to dig through hundreds of posts just to find a particular piece. I just think it's a good idea to avoid leaving trails of things that are explicitly copyright infringement because I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that, should a corpo want to cover up a scandal that we're talking about later down the line, they could weaponise stuff like this against us to cause us hosting issues. Best not to make a habit of it really.
Even if Null got a takedown request for this kind of shit he'd probably oblige. There's no fair use defense for mirroring paywalled content, that's just piracy. He did a pretty good writeup about it
here, it's about OnlyFans content but the same principle applies, specifically point 2:

I think members leaks are good when they're a leak of discussion with the fanbase (for example members only posts discussing the VTuber's health or personal life) as they pertain to the forum's interests and incite discussion which might be seen as more transformative than reposting members art or streams, which is much harder to justify. But in the end it's up to the admin to decide what level of risk is acceptable.
As for TVA membership posts should be spoiler'd at the very least and labeled as such. I think that not setting any specific rule for posting them is best unless companies contact the admin.
For the talents it all depends on why they post membership content. Shiina and Watame are posting and requesting not to share because this makes the relationship between the streamer and viewer more "special". I think it's less that they care about the actual content and more that they know it frustrates their fans to not have something exclusive. Others use the smaller userbase space as a place for more personal thoughts which maybe they don't like being revealed - like a diary. If you like talents like this then you will follow their guidelines. For ASMR vtubers they might put their videos as membership due to youtube restrictions. Tenma and others might do membership content that is participation based and after there isn't really any incentive to release the VODs.
For art or other consumable content I think it's good to have it leaked. Maybe not ritually but it shows people a glimpse past the velvet rope and can encourage them to sign up or show up to try for a gift in chat. Talents pay for content which is good for the entire vtuber "ecosystem", including themselves. I personally don't agree with paywalling content but can't fault talent for making money where they can. I don't see memberships as merchandise and for Hololive I think they perfer it that way otherwise the talents would be presured to standardize their membership content. Having a set time for content to be exclusive and then releasing is another option, especially for art as the artist gets broad recognition and double the exposure.
I think paywalling general updates is severly annoying and is the only thing I actively seek information on.

AZKi telling a bit more about how much Sora's done for her
I just wish that the girls or companies marketed as well as Suisei. I didn't even know Sora was signed to a label.
Karaoke stream from Layla Alstroemeria.
Thanks, I didn't know about her.
She's looking pretty damn stunning, and I feel like the recent pictures she's posted definitely reinforce that she's probably mid 30's. Making Korone arguably the oldest still.

She is looking thinner and I think she is georgous but she isn't what JP beauty standards would call ideal.
