Twitch can and does ban people regardless of context, even in the case of malicious actors deliberately baiting that response like soyjack raids. The issue is that vast swathes of the "TOS" are so vague as to be effectively unwritten and what interpretation you get is based on what admin happens to be logged in that day, who picks up your case to argue for/against you, and whether they're feeling spiteful or not. The only real way for guaranteed safety is to be too big for them to fuck around with or groom your own staff member like Vshojo has in Gunrun or (in reverse I guess) the admin Hasan did with all the irl titty streamers.

I am just going to believe Kirshe since she has been streaming for a while and might know more info on it.

I know twitch is inconstant but at least give me a few examples of a streamer being banned for it. I don't follow big twitch streams (10k+) but I haven't heard anything. Google brings up 1 tweet where a guy was cussing out trolls. "She streamed a long time" is dumb. I watch Kirche but the reason she gives is poor. No, it's not 1 report away from a ban. I seriously doubt with twitch's sjw base and antis in general, that no one has reported these streamers for retard.

Not in this particular situation, but Twitch has shown itself to be fickle to many other 'touchy' words. An easy few examples to point at are their stance on 'slurs' vs slurs against white people, as well as when they removed the tag "Blind Playthrough" because it 'might be demeaning to blind people'.

They banned Hasan for using "cracker" so I don't agree. They can remove whatever tag they want. They didn't make it a bannable offense to have the tag or to have it in the title afaik. To me that's unrelated besides showing they have an sjw base..
