Honestly, they are both useless for critical discussion, their primary functions are 1. Reddit has more news and a small amount of official Cover support. 2. vt has better archiving of karaokes and such.

The main deciding factor for me is vt is also full of ‘fake news’; literally nothing on there is trustworthy. Also, jokes(?) about masturbating to your oshi get old real fast.
