Wasn't it the third? He got threadbanned from the original chuuba thread by Josh Moon himself (specifically due to the Pippa meatposting so I count it), then got tempbanned from the KF standalone thread for a month, and now the third by me.
I guess the KF VTuber thread essentially was just a Pippa thread pre-split.
