Bots run there moderation, and twitch has trained those boys on humans not vtuber. It takes a lot just to get any human review for both twitch and YT. Think it's goes to show there bots have higher authority then any human review even if there is a note for them.

We live in a world where no one is behind the moderation anymore, even human review doesn't stop there own not.
