Yeah... its Hell for her.
I don't know, man. That's a long list...
Even before she started doing her "Macho Review" streams around Valentines Day she had occasional streams where she went crazy watching bodybuilder videos, her fanbase has a surprising number of buff dudes in it. When Tenma acts straight she wants men not soybois.
I don't watch enough Lia to really comment on this but like you sad I don't think it's a case of passion slipping away and more her suppressing herself (or meds doing so), Hundred Line has shown she has no lack of passion, same with Andy & Leyley but she is very bad about brain worming over things and essentially hurting herself by doing so. This isn't new as it goes back all the way back to year one with Ashelia and how she tried to hold herself to being the head spot of the group, the Sora of Phase and nearly quit because of the stress that she placed on herself trying to hold said mantle no one asked her to.
I think she's had a bit of a rough time earlier in the year/end of last year but with the more Idolish activities happening, Japan in general, and her just letting her freak fly a bit more and just letting herself be herself shows she is still more then capable to do these things. I don't doubt she will go through another crisis but as long as Phase's more Idol efforts continue I don't think she will hit the lows she has in the past, Phase is growing big enough it can finally start to give the girls like Lia who want that Idol path what they want and if Hundred Line showed anything it's that when Lia autistically fixates on something, she is going to god damn get it.
I have hopes and wishes for the vtubers I like, as I'm sure most people do.
For Remi, near the top of that list is that someday, she will be able to actually go to a Costco.

As for Lumi, nice to see her enjoying Clair Obscur enough to keep at it. She's usually not a fan of turn-based, JRPG/JRPG inspired games.
That being said, I haven't watched any of her streams of it because I'm wanting to play it too, and I want to go in as blind as possible. Will probably be picking it up soon after I finish the current RPG I'm playing.

The trick is filters and lots of them, also proper eating so she has some fat on her face. At least Rie is feeling better.
You'll only make it worse, even Clara doesn't slap this many filters on her pictures, and Clara's pictures already make her look like a lifeless sex doll so that's saying something.
I think RL Rie looks cute (I have to forget what she's like on stream to say this), but what do I know.
