I don't think there's a stream goes by where Kirsche talks about Pippa that she doesn't mention "she's my best friend uuuuu."
You guys gotta remember what old + women actually sound like. Even Pippa's reasonably realistic vtuber voice is still slightly higher-pitched on stream as we've heard in the sad hour karaokes.

I don't think he means that they won't be friends, but that all the talk about these pain points makes it harder for them to talk about one another because it puts them in an awkward position. So they might be friends behind the scenes, they might not bring it up as much on stream to avoid creating a fuss for professional reasons.
