I never saw Icey's debut so I didn't know that she used to have a voice more befitting her model, I had only stumbled upon after she had stopped using it and immediately thought "this voice clashes so much with the model" and continued on. So if that's her more natural voice then probably for the best that they just age her up. I agree though I first thought it was Triggerphish when I saw that pic.
