If they're smart they made it like Mario Party. You could be dead last, and literally by the grace of God sweep to first at the last moment. Makes for great entertainment.
I doubt they made this with the expectation one team would just steamroll the others so effectively. Hard to expect that especially with the community games which you would figure would have had some variety in it's wins.
