To be fair I can appreciate her reasoning for not wanting the first few minutes of the video to just be an intro screen. Twitch lets you set in and out points for the VoD highlight without causing any problems; YouTube doesn't, and if you try cutting the start out after the fact it detaches the live chat from it.

pcg was pretty pissed when someone came in and told them about the cake stuff after it was too late to submit, and some discordfag was defending them for the rest of the day. Was really funny to see the shit that got submitted being 80% the same joke and low effort stuff.
It is, and you should definitely pick it apart with a third party who knows what they're talking about in that situation, but it's still a show of good faith that they're not trying to bury an unfavourable clause nine pages in.
