They're both rats. Ethan got semi famous through his comedy videos and as soon as he started his podcast, he developed an insane ego and began pandering towards fags. He threw pewdiepie (which was apparently a good friend of his) straight under the bus after the bridge incident. Hasan is probably the same. They can't wait to stab each other in the back for a little appeasement.
