I take back my recommendation of Granblue Fantasy: Relink to Pippa, there's scripted losses against the big bad that kick off the plot, and act as a roadblock story-wise until you're fully prepared to take him down
I don't think you guys are leaning into the Little Sister/Big Brother kayfabe enough; as her big brother (yeah me) I would definitely recommend more games which use this trope, just to tease her while she has a Darksydephil-esque meltdown over it.
