If it were for any other media, I wouldn't bat an eye (though the Jojo OST riffs do fit in with Jojo's overall gimmick). I just think it was kind of a dumb idea to do it in an IP knockoff.

Composers do this all the time, though I question the judgment in doing it for an OST of a property that is already blatantly aping another IP... Starts to make the whole thing feel it it's straddling the line between homage and bootleg.
