This shatters the hopes of the remaining kizuners over at /jp/ that she'll make a comeback. Honestly as sad as it is, it's honestly time for her to move on. She did so much for the scene being the progenitor and all that and I don't really see her having a place in the current state of vtubing.

Those were rrats as far as I'm concerned. The rumor started of Nozomi being replaced because of the introduction of AI-chans 2 and 3 who were added not to entirely replace Nozomi but to lighten her workload from what I've read.
Now I'm dooming wondering about the timeline. Did Pomu decide to leave knowing she'd miss the AR Live OR did she put her graduation request and then they tell her "oh that's a shame, we're doing the thing we promised you'd be in but since you're out the door before it releases you can't come record with everyone"
What's more probable is some of the people who do appear in the live will announce graduation once it's finished. They couldn't leave before it or they'd make everyone have to re-re-record it

the company has tried to milk Ai after Hello World but involve Nozomi as little as possible. I fear they got her voice digitized and a signed paper that allows them to use an AI voice trained on Nozomi.

Iirc some of the lists fit a sort of theme they want to recommend like Ame doing memories of EN and Sora shilling the Idol Project songs while others are just straight up some of the songs they love.
Some shill one or two of their own on their playlist and then there's Shion and Risu with 4 of their own and a Calli and Moona song respectively. EDIT: My bad Risu only shilled 3 with an Iofi song in there, so her whole gen.

I think that even ARshit wouldnt convince her to stay. Especially considering the circumstances, being absolutelly abysmal stock and dokipocalypse, ARshit now will be most definitely rushed, undercooked, and mediocre especially compared to their rival company live. Anyone with half the brain knows its happening now so that they can boost revenue through ticket sales so that their investors wouldnt fucking kneecap kurocorps stock again
