It wouldn't suprise me if Encore's created to work with V4mirai. Pretty much all music activities Idol did recently are with them, their upcoming offkai concert included.

Twitch tracker shows she's generally between 80-140 average viewers. Seems she also multistreams on youtube so I guess that would possibly make her a low 3-view. Don't know her Idol ccv so can't compare. As for twitter, I've never encountered sadposting from her. It's pretty normal stuff afaik...
