I did laugh at the sheer fucking absurdity of this though
if she's buying: 3 years of tax returns is gonna show that her wealth is fairly recent followed by the industry she's in.
if she's renting: as far as we know, she's lived on her own in 2 places over a year, maybe year and a half. thats a short rental history. same financial issues as buying. especially on the west coast where all the landlords were fucked by eviction moratoriums. i wonder if she makes 3x the rent for income
