Elijah Jordan Millar is a 19 year old terminally online bisexual VRChat gooning crossdresser who is openly on the verge of transitioning, and a very probable pedophile. He is a World Wars 1+2 reenactor, allegedly a patch designer, appears to have a keen interest in politics & history, and appears to have previously hosted a Twitter Space where the active facilitation + consumption of CSAM was openly discussed, as well as purportedly admitting to consuming this content himself (this is covered in the last section of this OP). He has been on Twitter since 2022, in which he has openly discussed his schizophrenic politics and his inclinations towards the degenerate. It is likely that he has been manipulated by some entity, or entities, into becoming the way he is now.

So, what we learned here so far:

• Millar is a fedposter. A very, very edgy boy.
• The feds raided him once already back in April, due to partaking in a gag regarding filming himself perpetrating a mass tragedy incident with a gun labeled with all sorts of extremetisms.
• He really likes Anders Breivik, the Norwegian domestic terrorist who detonated a bomb at government office buildings in Oslo and then killed 69 participants of a Workers' Youth League (AUF) summer in a mass shooting.
• His online profiles include mentions of Pippa & Kirsche.

This came to people's interest because his Twitter profile picture is of Kirsche, in which he states that he "loves Kirsche." A cursory timeline scroll will show that he has retweeted Kirsche and replied to her tweets several times, as well as also having interacted with Pippa-related content in the past. However, as I hope to demonstrate, this man glows harder than the fucking Sun itself, and is a walking contradiction. He also never interacted with her before the self-defeating VICE hitpiece articles came out, and spoiler alert, only a super small handful of his tweets have anything to do with VTubers - the majority are regarding AGP shit and VRChat Gooning. His association with VTubers appears to be him orbiting whenever they do something "based", the definition of a political tourist.

Tallied up, his Twitter activity mentions Pippa a total of about 5 times. His last was in December 2024.
He retweeted ShortFatOtaku 6 times.
The Kirsche mentions are entirely centralized within the last ~month, right after the failed VICE hitpieces, and a month after the Feds raided him for fedposting.

It should be noted that the vast majority of his interactions regarding Pippa here occured in March/April 2023 - the same month that the Hogwarts Legacy drama occured, in which there was a cancellation attempt against Pippa.
This is very interesting, because we saw the same thing happen again with when Kirsche got the VICE hitpieces, and then this guy started orbiting her out of the blue immediately after, having shown no prior interest in her.
