It's for her birthday. Her office debut/anniversary was back on April 1st. At least she got to stream with her oshi AZKi before vanishing to the Cover corp farms. Happy birthday and godspeed B-chan Hopefully she comes back once Holoplus stuff has slowed down.

I agree that the forced hiatus was the catalyst, but how it could have catalysed Riifu's conflict with EIEN is what baffles me. In the Discord screenshots Riifu said:

So Riifu initiated whatever discussion led to the break ("I just wanted to reduce my workload as much as possible"), and whatever her "harsh" words were, based on Eri's response we can rule out "why are you making me stream less so that the others look better" and a few other rrats. But if Riifu and management wanted the same thing, what was the problem? What were Riifu's harsh words? "Why are you making me prepare for the expo when I want to stream every day" is possible, maybe.

Riifu also seemed unsure what management required of her: "When I'm back, am I required to talk in the Discord?" which fits with management requiring non-streaming work that she was unprepared for.

Another possibility is that management wasn't paying attention to Riifu when they gave her (or she thought they gave her) permission to go as hard on audio porn as she did. Then when she discussed her hours with them, management naturally wanted to see what she was doing in those hours, and then they brought out the bonk crowbar. That would fit with Riifu feeling like she had a rug pulled out from under her and her ranting about contracts and NDAs.

As for Riifu's non-compete and NDA gripes, I wonder if Riifu will get someone to check whether what she signed is enforceable. I was wondering that already, but the Protocols of the Elders of Zaion suggest it might be worth her while.

Riifu's termination announcement was more professional than Zaion's was. But it does say to give EIEN time to come out with more details. I'd like them to, for rrat-feeding purposes, but it might be better for them to just keep quiet.

Maybe they told her to stop doing content on her other accounts if it was going ot affect her job as a Vtuber. Notice how the first thing she did once she resigned was to hop on her alt to try to get people to watch with her the LotR. Its all just so fucking weird.

It was about two years ago, you'd have to search the Homeland for when it was talked about. Even looking on YouTube for it just gets me bombarded with clips.

Not a big deal and was only mentioned to make a point, but basically ID management wanted them to speak Indonesian more and Risu streamed her making a schedule to accommodate both ID and EN speaking audiences, but she just came off as really annoyed by the whole thing. Obviously, that management decision was ultimately overturned or ignored.

Wasnt that about the same time people were bitching at Ollie that she was ID and she should only stream in ID (which she promptly told that viewer to fuck off).

She likes cooking, but she doesnt know how and what ingredients to shop, so basically, Hello Fresh takes care of that for her

Honestly seems like a waste of opportunity if Holo doesn't go for it. Imagine a dedicated hand stream of her cooking. That shit would pull in a ton of views.

Also, dont they have grocery stores you buy shit online and people deliver it to you? I have that (i live in a 3rd world shithole) and the cost for delivery is $10. The only drawbacks is that sometimes what you want isnt in stock so they end up not delivering it. If you go to the store you can just buy another brand if tha thappens.
