She's also been streaming on YT consistently before, just couldn't advertise it. And she's already said that she'll try to multicast, unless it's some stuff that YT wouldn't be happy about (so, copyright issues).
I'm not familiar with the technical aspect of streaming, but I assume that simulcasting should only stress your Internet connection. Don't see any reason to encode the stream twice for two different targets.
