I wouldn't trust anything from Kuro/Blu. He's a shady menhera who has been caught lying a couple of times already and pulling weird shit like that stunt with Ren's PL. I also don't buy that he's still in contact with most of Niji as a few of them have made shots aimed at him about his taxes...
