I wouldn't worry, similar reactions have always came up the last year or two when a new gen was announced, and so far they all have managed to integrate and find an audience. Edit: Also someone mentioned the shift from releasing new Gens to making the current ones more profitable; I don't think...

Compared to her usual numbers (which seem to be either slightly above 3k or slightly below 6k, curiously quite heavily correlating with the type of game she is playing), that's quite the success for her with the event.
