I've been seeing an awful lot of girlfailure content lately. In the last year or two, it's become a horribly played-out trend in the vtuber industry to be a girlfailure, and you can find literally hundreds of bag-eyed hoes sharing pictures of their trash-filled rooms or musing over how much mould can be eaten safely per day.
Most often, this is nothing but a cynical bit of kayfabe, and a lot of vtubers end up reaping a healthy crop of desperate simps or degenerate gooners eager to validate their own pathetic lifestyles by hanging out with a girl who seems just as bad as they are.
As you might be able to tell from my rather acerbic writing style thus far, I really despise this trend. But I also want to be part of the change I want to see. So instead of just lamenting the girlfailure apocalypse, I feel like I should do something to highlight non-girlfailures in the industry.
So what's a non-girlfailure? Or rather, a Girlsuccess? Simple; they're women who actually have practical skills and are utilizing them in ways that are useful to society or future family life. Women who have real-life credentials but who actively choose streaming as their only job do not count.* To be a girlsuccess, a woman needs more than just having gone through college and then decided not to use those skills in her life; she needs to be practicing them and making use of them in some way.
On top of this, a Girlsuccess needs to demonstrate competence and self-sufficiency in ordinary, every-day tasks and household duties. They can't live in a pigsty, and their personal habits should at least be of the 'charmingly eccentric' variety, as opposed to the WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU WOMAN HOW ARE YOU EVEN STILL ALIVE!? variety.
* Unless those streams heavily feature their credentialed skills, I.E someone like uwu'slab showing off his scientific and engineering skills on stream. If they're a marine biologist but only play video games, they're not a Girlsuccess.
This thread can be considered somewhat similar in function to the Kamioshi Shrine thread, but not as rigid. It can be used for general discussion and debate. I want to know what other posters consider a 'Girlsuccess', and if they've noticed the same obnoxious trends in vtubing as I have.

potential of this thread is very high. I also have my own set of contributions, but I'm a bit too busy to do more write-ups at present. Any vtubers people post here ought to have some contextual information about their success-ness. I don't want to see posts like 'oh this girl does engineering stuff', give some clips and examples of her doing that.
