Why can't people just leave the meat Pippa alone and let her enjoy things. This kind of stuff would deter her from attending things in the future and make her more of a recluse.

No, they were saying it was the same girl they had posted a pic of in one of the earlier threads with her covering her face. Both are cropped so they probably found them on twitter. And if 4chan jannies were anything to go by, Pippa and every vtuber on earth has fucked every male of note under the sun. It probably got reported and swept for off topic.
