Pippa actually understands something that most women that go into business don't. Fucking amazing.
Most men don't want to be CEOs because they know the nightmare it actually is, knowing it's only for specific people who are wired a certain way. For those people, it's perfect; for the rest of us, it's hell. Meanwhile, women are being funneled into these positions thinking this is "winning," only to discover way too late it never gets better, only worse.
